Approach

The project involved Advisian (previously WorleyParsons) coordinating and facilitating housing and homelessness workshops across regional Queensland, with the consultation outcomes informing Government regional planning.

Key stakeholders invited to the workshops included, but were not limited to housing and homelessness providers, property developers and managers, local government, community service organisations, tenant representation groups and other relevant organisations.

We were responsible for:

  • Stakeholder engagement planning, including producing a Stakeholder Engagement Plan, frequently asked questions, communication materials (fact sheets, presentations, mailbox etc.)

  • Organising and hosting engagement events – interviews, focus groups, all-day workshops

  • Liaising with 100’s of stakeholders across the South West regional Queensland through to the Sunshine Coast and Central Queensland

  • Producing regional housing engagement reports, incorporating stakeholder feedback.
