The Situation

The Brisbane Airport Corporation needed a string Project Management System (PMS) framework to enhance the management of their project portfolio.  

Approach

Advisian performed a review and analysis of the project’s PMS - including the division delivering the projects - and provided recommendations for improvements. The review included operational, personnel, planning and risk factors.

The new Project Management System Guidelines helped to streamline project operations and increase efficiency in delivering projects for their clients.

Results

We developed and implemented a new PMS, with full ownership and commitment from the Airport Construction Group. The new PMS Guidelines helped to streamline project operations and increase efficiency in delivering projects for their clients.
