MEET OUR EGYPS2019 TEAM
Mostafa Abdelrahman has 11 years’ industrial experience as a mechanical engineer, the last nine of which were spent within the Oil & Gas industry performing analytical and numerical analysis for pipelines and rotating equipment engineering. Mostafa’s most recent role was pipeline technical authority at GUPCO JV BP Egypt, one of the leading Oil & Gas operation companies in Egypt. Previous roles included pipeline engineering specialist at INTECSEA (UK) Ltd,, where he specialised in pipe mechanical design, ECA work, and advanced FEA using ABAQUS FE package.
Theophilus (Theo) Ademowo | Subsea Engineer
Theo Ademowo has 13 years’ engineering experience in the offshore Oil & Gas industry, working on various offshore field development projects from concept selection through to start-up. Theo started his career as a process and flow assurance engineer, but his versatility has seen him diversify and gain proven experience in multiple disciplines such as subsea systems, process safety, interface management, project engineering management, and business development. Theo has extensive knowledge of Egypt gas condensate fields, having worked on the West Delta Deep Marine (WDDM) and West Nile Delta (WND) projects for a significant period.
Alessandro LaGrotta | Asset Integrity Engineer
Alessandro LaGrotta is an Asset Integrity Lead with over 8 years’ experience within the Oil & Gas sector. He has experience working in several brownfield projects and operational support both onshore and offshore. His main areas of expertise are related to pipeline, piping, and static equipment and include: inspection technologies, operation, maintenance, integrity assessment, and repairs methods. In addition, he has experience in the implementation of asset integrity management systems, risk-based inspection, and asset life extension. He has recently lead a number of pipeline integrity projects which included the development of Pipeline Integrity Management System (PIMS) framework and supporting documents, pipeline risk assessment, and integrity management plan.
