Reviewing the existing project proposal to address any inconsistencies
Leading a series of optimisation sessions to identify and capture value enhancing modifications
We were subsequently engaged to provide a feasibility study for the sanctioning of a brownfield project comprising modifications and upgrades to 38 different refinery systems, delivering more than 15% additional capacity. Subsequently, full EPCM delivery services were provided to safely and successfully implement the expansion.
The successful project exceeded the overall project objectives in safety, budget, schedule and refinery performance.
