The client wished to evaluate the target company from a technical and commercial standpoint in order to negotiate a fair price for the acquisition. Advisian was engaged to provide expert advice and technical evaluation on the target company’s business model, financial viability, performance of their projects, technical capability, and future pipeline and growth prospects.

Based on our techno-commercial review, we provided recommendations on financial forecasts, future business plan, and pipeline and technical capabilities. The client was able to use these recommendations to come up with a fairer price to acquire the target company.
