Our client was a Chinese investor looking to acquire this concentrated solar power (CSP) company, headquartered in the U.S. and with projects in the U.S., Chile, South Africa, and other parts of the world.

The Situation

The client wished to evaluate the target company from a technical and commercial standpoint in order to negotiate a fair price for the acquisition. Advisian was engaged to provide expert advice and technical evaluation on the target company’s business model, financial viability, performance of their projects, technical capability, and future pipeline and growth prospects.
